We are seeking a Lower School Physical Education Teacher beginning in the 2024-25 school year. We require a BS/BA, with an MA or MAT preferred, and five or more years’ experience in elementary (grades K – 4) physical education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and an understanding of differentiated instruction, personalized learning, and trauma-informed practices. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential. An interest in coaching and leading extracurricular activities or sports is also a plus.
